We plan to offer beauty products for sale through our website in the near future. Once available, you will be able to purchase products for home delivery. Our team is currently preparing the logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

- Cancellation Policy
No-show Fee: A non-refundable deposit will be required to book an appointment. If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the deposit will be forfeited as a “no-show” fee.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, your deposit will be non-refundable, and PRAGA MIAMI reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fee.
Changes to Appointments: You may reschedule or modify your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
- Refund Policy
Appointment Refunds: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without any fees if the change is made at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule within less than 24 hours, the deposit for your original appointment will be non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to confirm the new date.
- Product Sales and Returns
Once our product sales begin, additional terms related to shipping, returns, and exchanges will be added to these Terms and Conditions.
