No-Show Policy

At PRAGA MIAMI, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible while ensuring that all our clients have access to appointments. 

No-Show Fees

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, a non-refundable deposit will be charged as a no-show fee.

This policy is in place to ensure that our time is respected and that we can offer our services to other clients. 

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

We encourage you to contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment without any fees if done at least 24 hours in advance.

For changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, the original deposit will be non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to confirm the new appointment.
