By subscribing to a membership plan at Praga Salon Miami, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:

Membership Plans

Billing & Payments

✔️ Automatic Monthly Billing: Your membership fee will be charged monthly via automatic debit from your provided payment method.
✔️ Secure Payments: If your payment method fails, you have 30 days to update your payment information before your membership is canceled.
✔️ Non-refundable: Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

Membership Duration and Renewal

✔️Minimum Duration: All memberships require a minimum commitment of 4 months.
✔️ Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled before the start of the 5th month, memberships will automatically renew for additional 4-month periods, with monthly automatic debit of membership fees.
✔️Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted via email at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Phone or in-person requests will not be accepted. Please send cancellation requests to info@pragasalon.com.

Membership Benefits and Restrictions

✔️Monthly Service Usage: Membership benefits and services must be used within the same billing month and do not accumulate. Unused services within the month will be forfeited.
✔️Non-transferable Benefits: Membership services and benefits are exclusive to the registered member and cannot be transferred to another individual.
✔️No Membership Freeze: Memberships cannot be paused or frozen during their active duration. However, in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, please communicate promptly with our team at info@pragasalon.com for case evaluation.

Member Discounts and Exclusives

✔️Exclusive Salon Discounts: Members enjoy special pricing on additional salon services. Specific discount percentages vary by service and are communicated during booking.
✔️VIP Event Access: Members receive early invitations to private events, master classes, and seasonal promotions at Praga Salon Miami.
✔️Priority Booking: Members have priority access to appointment scheduling. Priority bookings must be requested directly via our online platform or membership email.
Discounts apply exclusively during active membership periods and are not valid for online product purchases.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

✔️Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of the service scheduled for that month. The service cannot be rescheduled or transferred.
✔️No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the service scheduled for that month. The service cannot be rescheduled or transferred.
✔️Rescheduling: You may reschedule without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Changes requested less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of the scheduled monthly service.

Modification of Terms

Praga Salon Miami reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. All modifications will become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
